Our Cuisine, Fine and Creative, is renewed with the seasons by Chef enthusiast, Vincent Durin. For 11 years, our Restaurant offers quality cuisine.
The menu at the Card or to Slate, the dishes are prepared and cooked on site in Commodities costs (only): meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, sauces, and in limited quantities. All products are cooked on site, from appetizers to dessert.

We offer a wide range of appetizers, local wines including "small" independent winegrowers and digestive to accompany your meal.
So why not try the Duck Liver Terrine in costs, Marbled Cocoa 100% and Brioche House, by Tartarus Swordfish, South vegetables, coriander and ginger, through the St. Jacques Refreshers just stiffened, Chiffon Chestnuts, Pork Brisket Farmer "Black Prince of Biscay" (Biscay), the Bourride Raphaëloise by the Beef fillet Piedmontese morel sauce and garland potatoes, or finally by his Tarte Tatin candied Apples, Caramel Fleur de Sel with Truffle or yarrow Pistachio Cream and Strawberries from Carpentras!
